Sorry, I couldn't find how to attach pictures to this forum. I will try to do it later.

I'm not 100% sure, but as it looks to me as Helium Neon laser. Thst big power supply looks to me as a high voltage one

The way to tell is to open the shroud and see if there is a tube inside. I'm almost positive about that.
Hey...this is really cool laser! It was made in large volumes in the past but in present days is very rare.

HeNe lasers should be very stable with 632.8nm line
